Returns & Refunds Policy
All Sales Are Final
Every item in our store is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We do not maintain standing inventory, so each product is produced specifically for you at the time of your order.
Order Accuracy - It's on You to Get It Right
Please review your order carefully before completing checkout — size, color, and design selections cannot be changed once an order is placed.
Orders that are produced and shipped exactly as ordered are not eligible for return, exchange, or replacement due to customer selection errors, including incorrect size, color, or product selection.
Damaged or Defective Items - We Will Make It Right
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at official@greyberet.org with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Goodwill Accommodations
As a service to our members and supporters, the Grey Beret Association may, at its sole discretion, offer a goodwill accommodation in certain circumstances.
Any such accommodation is voluntary, determined on a case-by-case basis, and should not be considered a modification of this policy or a guarantee of future action.
